The JoJo Monitor Water Meter is a reliable and convenient way to monitor and manage your water remotely. Connected to your water supply line, it measures the volume of water that passes through the meter as well as the flow rate and sends the data to the JoJo Monitor App on your cellphone. It utilises both Bluetooth and Sigfox connectivity to ensure maximum versatility depending on your setup and requirements.

Important Guidelines

• Sigfox Coverage: Before enabling remote monitoring with the JoJo Monitor App, ensure you’re within the Sigfox coverage area. Check the coverage map for details.
• Sigfox Subscription: Each device includes a free 12-month Sigfox subscription. After that, it needs to be renewed annually to maintain Remote Monitoring integration and capabilities. If not renewed, you will still have access to historical data and Bluetooth connectivity.
• Device Activation: Before installing the device, download the JoJo Monitor app and follow the on-screen instructions to create your account and link your device.
• Optimal Signal: For best results, avoid placing the device underground, or inside metal or concrete containers, enclosures or confined spaces.
• Compatibality: The device is suited for clean water use only.
• Measurable Range: The measurable range of the water meter is between a flow rate of 0.1 lt/min to 52.08 lt/min.
• Operational Temperature: The operational temperature range of the monitor device is between -20°C and 65°C. It is advised to protect the device from excessive heat by mounting it in a shaded location.
• Device Warranty: To avoid damage and maintain your warranty, avoid mounting the monitor device in a location where it will be submerged in water or buried underground.
